cases, an integrative approach of therapy and medication maybe needed order to achieve sustainable growth and a greater sense of well-being.
Most of our appointments are held virtually through a secure HIPPA compliant platform. In order to receive care, you must live in the state of California. If you prefer to be seen in person, our office is located in West Los Angeles.
Our initial appointment typically takes 60-90 minutes. It involves a comprehensive assessment of your mental health history, current symptoms and medications, and overall health. We will discuss about your lifestyle, diet, stress levels, and any complementary therapies you’re using.
We will then work together to develop a holistic treatment plan that may include medications, psychotherapy, lifestyle changes, nutritional supplements, and other integrative approaches tailored to your needs and preferences.
The frequency of our meeting depends on your individual needs and treatment plan. For medication management we will see each other more frequently in the beginning to monitor medication effectiveness, adjust doses if necessary, and evaluate progress. As your symptoms stabilize, follow-ups may become less frequent, transitioning to once every 1-3 months for ongoing monitoring, support, and adjustment of treatment strategies as needed.
